The Common Cold

I don't know why they call it the common cold, that seems to imply there are several types of cold, but that there is one type, the "common" one, that is most frequent. My problem with the term is that every cold I've ever had is pretty unique. My current one has no cough (thankfully), but a very runny nose and a sore head. I'm hoping the worst is over, it started yesterday, I was miserably last night and this morning, but now I feel more or less OK. Back to work tomorrow I hope.

LifeDrive

I bought a Palm LifeDrive on the way back from London last week. It is a pocket PC/PDA which can also play music, videos, show and edit photos, email, browse the web, etc. In fact this blog is being made on it!
I have doubts though, it went on strike for a few days, even hard reset didn't work. It crashes a lot also. I need to update the software though. All in all I'm happy with it. The mp3 playback is good, it has 4GB of space.

Returning home...

Our flight got cancelled today! Instead, BA are sending us to Sao Paulo tonight for a 2am flight to London. We will arrive in Dublin tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10pm instead of 10am.

 

Anyway, at least we aren't waiting in the airport. BA paid for our taxis to come back and wait in the house. Violeta was surprised to see us again so soon!
