The Weather

The weather today in Dun Laoghaire was crazy! Wet and stormy, like December. It was like that all day, and the wind is still blowing...

Lisbon - 13th to 27th of September

Myself, Andrea and Violeta will be arriving in Lisbon on Tuesday the 13th of September. We will depart, two weeks later, on Tuesday the 27th of September (in the morning).

I've only been there for two days in the past (speaking at an IATA conference) so I'm looking forward to see a bit more of Lisbon and Portugal!

New Phone!

I got a new phone, Sharp 902, and at the same time switched from O2 to Vodafone, but my number has not changed.

I'm quite pleased with it. There's 3G/video calling capability, which I'm sure will be great one day when 3G actually works. The camera is not too bad (see the picture of me in work further down the page). Also, it has IR which a lot of newer phones have stopped supporting, but I still need. The down side: the first handset had problems and I had to exchange it, very poor 3G coverage in Dun Laoghaire, the pseudo-iPod look (white?!), and it is a big and bulky.

I'm managed to customise it with some Zelda images and ringtones.
